Guest Access

Entire chalet is available with the exception of HVAC and owner’s closets that are locked for your safety

The Property is a non-smoking environment. Any evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in a significant penalty.

Liability Waiver

The Guest agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any and all liability, claims, or injuries that may occur during the stay, including but not limited to:

• Injuries resulting from the use of the hot tub, stairs, decks, or other property features.
• Wildlife interactions, including bear or deer encounters.
• Weather-related incidents, such as snow, ice, power or water outages/floods, or falling branches.

House Manual

Hot Tub

To use the hot tub, turn the temperature up to 100F (or your desired temperature) using the control panel. Please note, it may take 2-3 hours for the water to fully heat up, depending on the weather.

The hot tub has been freshly refilled, and water has been tested for cleanliness and pH prior to your arrival. You’ll notice a small floating device in the water – that’s the FROG @ease system. It helps maintain the correct mineral levels, pH balance, and sanitizer levels automatically to keep the water clean and gentle on your skin. Please do not remove it, as it keeps the water perfectly maintained throughout your stay.

Garbage

The garbage bins are not allowed to be placed outside the house due to the wild life being present in the trails. Please take garbage to the garbage disposal compactor located at 44 Towamensing trail, which is about 8 minutes drive. When using the compactor, please ensure that your vehicle displays the car tag provided in your welcome packet.

Smoking

The Property is a non-smoking environment. Any evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in a significant penalty.

Amenity Passes

There are 8 amenity passes available for your use. If you plan to use the lake, pool, or other community amenities, please take the passes with you. After use, please return all passes to the hook rack under the shelf, where you found them, so they are available for the next guest. Please be careful not to lose them. The community charges us $50 for each lost pass, so any lost pass will need to be charged back to the guest. If a pass is lost, please let us know right away so we have enough time to purchase a replacement for the next guest.
